Elixir ERP Distribution module will keep track of all essential customer records like registration date, route code, delivery days etc. Customer delivery reminders via sms can be generated. Different coupon rates can assigned to customer and which will automatically assigned while entering the delivery notes of the selected customer. Also orders the routes of delivery vehicles and assigns to particular days based on delivery days of customers. ERP computes the invoice in single click for all the credit customers for which delivery notes has been generated.  Elixir Distribution will keep track of coupon in store & with customers. Will automatically calculate number of leafs with customer. Coupon module also helps in handling the missing or invalid leafs from particular booklets. Generates alert to the coupon administrator to remind that there is not sufficient coupon with the customer. Elixir Distribution software will monitors all the credit issue of coupon and whether it is affected in sales man account, thus it will helps the organization to easily track the employee settlement through the centralized Coupon and HRMS system. Additional options like booklet transfer between different salesmen and customers etc. In coupon returned from customer we can use barcode scanning for data entry.
